Suara Marthoma

Suara means voice in Bahasa Malaysia. And as the name suggests, Suara Marthoma is the voice of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church in Malaysia. It provides members information on church events and happenings as well as an evenue for members to contribute articles and features on various topics. Currently Suara Marthoma is published in a magazine format twice a year and in a two page pamplet format bi-monthly. The website would attempt to re-produce most of the news, features and articles in Suara Marthoma so that this is available to all members in Malaysia as well as for those outside Malaysia who do not have access to the printed Suara Marthoma.

 

Saba Tharaka

Saba Tharaka is the official magazine of the Mar Thoma Church and is published monthly in India. Unfortunately, the magazine is only published in Malayalam and therefore does not cater for the needs of members outside India who do not read or write Malayalam. In view of this, the Malaysian Church has undertaken an exercise with the publishers of the magazine in India to translate the magazine into English.

 

Letter to Editor

Write to us. Share your opinion with us. Topics can be both issues affecting Malaysian Marthomites specifically or common issues affecting Malaysians in general. It is hoped that these letters can be published on a daily basis.

 

Prayer Request

Making prayer request available on-line would enable more members to join in and pray for all the needs expressed in the prayer requests.

 

Testimonies

News

Adult Fellowship Seminar at Banting Mar Thoma Church on Sat Nov 13th organized by the Zonal Adult Fellowship.

Klang Church Adult Fellowship has arranged a series of marriage and family seminars on 2nd Oct, 16th Oct and 20th Nov. The seminars would be conducted by Bernard and Margaret Lye from the CANA organisation of the Catholic Church.
